The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) is a global not-for-profit organization focused on promoting entrepreneurship. It has over 13,000 members, including over 2,500 charter members in 57 chapters across 14 countries.  TiE helps budding entrepreneurs by way of advice, guidance and assistance from successful & experienced entrepreneurs and professionals. Their greatest strength is their network that consists of many participants in the entrepreneurial ecosystem – successful & experienced as well as budding entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, angel investors, service providers, etc. It has over 13,000 members, including over 2,500 charter members in 57 chapters across 14 countries.

The National Entrepreneurship Network: NEN

The National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), a not-for-profit initiative working to inspire, educate and support the next generation of high-growth entrepreneurs in India. NEN was co-founded by five of India’s premier academic institutions: IIT Bombay; IIM Ahmedabad; SP Jain Institute, Bombay; IBAB, Bangalore and BITS Pilani. It is primarily supported by the Wadhwani Foundation, a philanthropic initiative of Dr. Romesh Wadhwani, Chairman of the Symphony Technology Group, and has offices in Bangalore and Mumbai. NEN represents India’s largest and most dynamic community of new and future high-growth entrepreneurs, with over 70,000 members in 30 cities. Over the years, NEN’s focus on introducing a new paradigm in entrepreneurship education in India — and its innovative method of doing so — has made it its leading catalyst on campuses across India. NEN’s ultimate goal is to help launch thousands of new entrepreneurs, who in turn will create hundreds of thousands of much-needed valuable jobs for India.
